Shepp-Logan Virtual Phantom Added

A new virtual phantom is now available, named 'Shepp-Logan'. Thanks to Souheil Inati for the specifications.

Use the 'contrast' parameter to improve the contrast between the outer skull and the inner tissue.... contrast=0.25 works well.
