Automatic Raw Data Parsing

A new tool distributed with SequenceTree (st4controller.exe) makes it even easier to parse raw data files into multi-dimensional array (.mda) files immediately after acquiring a Siemens scan. This tool can detect which sequence was run and which parameters were used, so that the raw k-space can be appropriately separated into distinct arrays.
